Initial Evaluation: $350
Pre-Treatment Nurse Visit: $50
Two-Week Follow-Up (when clinically indicated): $100
Ongoing care visits range from $75 to $275 depending on monitoring level and medical needs.
Your care level and associated fees are based on clinical need and are reviewed prior to scheduling.
